Originally from El Salvador, Cynthia moved to California in 2016 to live where the love of her life is and started a family together with her son Felipe. She has a Bachelor degree in Business administration with major in economics. This knowledge, has provided her with valuable skills that she uses daily in real estate, effectively managing the properties of their portfolio for clients and their own.

Cynthia started as administration with the business, became a Notary 2017 and continued with her education to become a realtor in 2018 and be part of J&C Real Estate as an agent/owner.

Cynthia feels incredibly blessed to work with amazing clients who has the opportunity to help to find the ideal solutions/goals, help the hispanic community to educate in the Real Estate area and new investors who decide to grow and invest in their future.

Jorge Tejada, broker of J&C Real Estate, based in the High Desert Area, is a 12 years in the business of the real estate industry and has represented clients and investors from all over Southwest California and outside United States in over 200 real estate transactions. Jorge has built a solid foundation of investors with an over $20M under management in this community through his professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to always put his client’s needs first.

Born with Hispanic roots(El Salvador, Central America) emigrated to USA at the age of 14, worked at Ford/Chevy Total Cost Engineering, and with the desire to get more he studied Real Estate and began to work in 2008 and Became a Real Estate Broker in 2016. Passionate about investments, Jorge has continued to leverage his know-how and experience to exceed his client’s expectations and doing his own investments in Real Estate.
